Venture Builder / EIR (General Application)
Systemores builds foundational behavioral infrastructure for adaptive decision and social networks. We co-design and co-own proprietary web products, simulations, and apps with domain experts. We are building a network of builders, engineers, and operators to launch new products.
What You Will Do
- Co-design and engineer high-performance web products, tools, and gamified activations.
- Deploy lightweight, robust solutions using clean design principles.
- Iterate and refine interfaces using telemetry and behavioral design patterns.
- Collaborate with brand operators and vertical specialists to identify proprietary opportunities.
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial engineering or product design background.
- Familiarity with modular, minimal, and scalable web setups.
- High agency and a bias for shipping clean code and functional prototypes.
- Interest in behavioral mechanics, game design, or systemic compatibility modeling.
The Studio Model

Rather than traditional corporate structures, builders collaborate as partners in specific ventures, sharing in the co-ownership, equity, and fee revenues of the systems we build.
