We Don’t Just Build. We Co-Own.
Systemores partners with domain experts, operators, and founders to co-design and co-own high-value behavioral software assets. We bring the Core engine, the engineering depth, and the architectural framework. You bring the vertical expertise and the high-stakes problem. Together, we build something neither could build alone.
The Co-Design Model
We don’t operate as a traditional software studio. We don’t take on projects for hire. Instead, we identify the right people working on the right problems and build alongside them — combining our behavioral infrastructure with their domain authority to create proprietary assets that establish clear vertical dominance.
Domain Expertise & Vertical Authority
Deep, hard-won knowledge of a specific industry, user base, or high-stakes operational problem. The kind of expertise that takes years to build and can’t be replicated from the outside.
Behavioral Infrastructure & Engineering
The Systemores Core API, full-stack development capability, behavioral modeling architecture, and a portfolio of deployment patterns across enterprise, consumer, and advergaming contexts.
Proprietary Behavioral Assets
Co-owned software platforms, tools, and apps with clear field-of-use licensing, vertical exclusivity, and a revenue model designed for long-term compounding value — not one-time project fees.
Who We Partner With
We work with people we like on things that genuinely excite us. That means we’re selective — and intentionally so.
Operators with Deep Vertical Knowledge
Industry practitioners — brokers, lenders, operators, healthcare professionals, educators — who understand the exact friction points in their field and have the credibility to deploy into it.
Brands with High-Stakes Consumer Problems
Consumer brands, QSR franchises, and CPG companies that need to turn passive audiences into engaged, measurable first-party data relationships — through advergaming, behavioral activation, or loyalty architecture.
Builders with Long-Term Asset Mindset
Developers, founders, and creative studios who want more than a client relationship — who think in terms of platform equity, recurring revenue, and building something genuinely defensible.
How It Works
Three phases from first conversation to live behavioral asset.
The Alignment Call
We evaluate fit — both the problem and the person. We’ll explore your vertical, identify the behavioral friction points, and determine whether the Systemores Core can create a measurable advantage. No commitment required at this stage.
The Co-Design Sprint
We work together to architect the behavioral asset — defining the signal model, the user architecture, the tech stack, and the licensing structure. This phase produces a working prototype or functional spec ready for build.
Asset Launch & Revenue Share
We deploy the asset into the market. The licensing and equity structure agreed upon in Phase 2 governs how revenue is shared, how the IP is protected, and how the asset scales as adoption grows.
The Model, Already Running
Every asset in the Systemores ecosystem was built through some form of this co-design model. Here are examples of behavioral assets currently in the wild.
Scan Signals
The enterprise-grade Behavior OS for high-output sales and operations environments. Built in partnership with domain experts in high-performance team dynamics.
TRAC Engine
Translates legal and medical chart documentation into high-provenance, structured behavioral chronologies. Co-designed with practitioners who understand narrative bias firsthand.
Cassano’s Pizza King
A digital behavioral transformation for a 33-unit QSR franchise, including a bespoke branded pizza-making game built for customer engagement and frontline operational signaling.
Loan Monkey
Rebuilding the financing engine to optimize borrower and lender decision loops — built with mortgage and lending operators who understand exactly where the friction lives.
ChillLedger
Tamper-proof cold chain compliance logging, replacing paper checklists with cryptographic behavioral enforcement — designed with food service operators.
Village Project AI
Translates Core affinity data into offline relational matchmaking — designing systemic compatibility and scheduling optimized physical meetups for community building.
