Last Updated: October 31, 2026. These Terms of Use and End-User License Agreement ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all websites, mobile applications, enterprise software platforms, and interactive web utilities operated by Systemores.
1. Acceptance of Terms & License Grant
By accessing `systemores.com`, downloading a Systemores mobile application from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or using any Systemores web application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Systemores grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use our applications solely for their intended personal or authorized organizational purposes.
2. Family Med Tree (`com.systemores.familymedtree`) Specific Terms & Disclaimers
The following specific terms govern your use of the Family Med Tree iOS and mobile application:
Medical Disclaimer (Not Medical Advice — Apple Guideline 1.4.1)
Family Med Tree is an offline-ready digital health record organizer designed solely for personal and family reference. It does not provide medical advice, clinical diagnosis, drug interaction screening, or treatment recommendations. Always seek the advice of a qualified physician or licensed healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition or before making any medical decisions.
Emergency Services Notice (Not 911)
Family Med Tree organizes and displays user-entered emergency information, allergies, medications, and contacts for rapid sharing with paramedics, emergency room staff, or school nurses. It is NOT an emergency dispatch service or automatic 911 calling system. If you or a family member are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.
User Responsibility for Data Accuracy
Users and family caregivers are solely responsible for verifying and maintaining the accuracy and currency of all medical records, allergy notes, insurance card images, contact numbers, and prescription entries stored within the application.
3. Enterprise Platforms, AI Diagnostics & APIs
Use of Systemores enterprise platforms (including Scan Signals, TRAC Engine, AI Agent Auditor, Ethos Suite, TruthVector, HumanVector, and Custom MCP Servers) is subject to your organization's applicable Master Services Agreement (MSA) or subscription order. You agree not to reverse-engineer, scrape, benchmark without authorization, or attempt to circumvent security controls or rate limits on any Systemores API or application.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All underlying behavioral mathematics, Needs-Press diagnostic algorithms, software source code, visual interfaces, and trademarks associated with Systemores and its portfolio applications remain the exclusive intellectual property of Systemores and its licensors. All data, medical records, documents, or photos that you enter or capture locally within our applications remain your sole property.
5. Disclaimers of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
ALL SYSTEMORES APPLICATIONS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SYSTEMORES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR APPLICATIONS.
6. Apple App Store Additional Terms
Where you download a Systemores application (including Family Med Tree or Scan Signals) from the Apple App Store:
